Account Manager - e-Recruitment Solutions

A leading provider of innovative recruitment technology solutions is currently offering an exciting opportunity to an experienced Account Manager with a strong track record selling e-recruitment or HR software solutions, or an individual currently working within an in-house or RPO role looking to transition into an Account Manager role.

The Role
Working with a portfolio of clients and prospects across the private and public sector, you would provide a high standard of customer service, commercial advice, strategic support, and expert e-recruitment product knowledge, ensuring lasting, stable and profitable business relationships. You would be expected to…
o Establish a network of contacts within your client portfolio
o Propose value added solutions either in proposals or in response to client tender documents
o Provide thought leadership on the use of e-recruitment technology to ensure maximum value and sales
o Establish a financial forecast for your client portfolio and produce regular reports to track activity

The Candidate
The role will suit an assured and confident Account Manager with experience selling e-recruitment solutions to a wide spectrum of clients, although experience from within the Recruitment industry (in-house, RPO) will be considered. You will combine a strong sales focus and commitment to customer satisfaction with an interest in recruitment strategy and an understanding of the impact that technology plays within the industry.

You will be a problem solver, able to find answers and solutions to commercial questions and challenges and articulate them effectively through presentations and reviews. Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential, as is a willingness and ability to take the lead with high profile clients.
