SN Helpdesk Operator/Customer Service
Excellent opportunity has arisen to assist the facilities department with customer care.
You will be working for an organisation that are the leading global provider of facility services.
You will be required to provide a helpdesk service and be the central point of contact for internal departments.You will ensure all faults are logged and also processed in line with agreed service level agreements. Effective communication skills are required and the ability to prioritise.
Ideally you will have a background in Customer Service ,be able to prioritise task and work to deadlines.
A background in faciilities or customer service is required for the role.
The salary is £18000 ,free on site car parking ,state of the art offices ,subsidised canteen.
