R3 Resourcing is delighted to be working in partnerships with one the UKs leading companies to recruit a Coffee Shop Manager for their location in Cambridge. Our clients restaurants and coffee shops offer an amazing dining experience that customers remember for all the right reasons. In a family friendly, vibrant environment, customers are offered well priced, high quality dishes, which are selected from an extensive range of daily fresh produce. The dishes are prepared to order for each customer and are served by our experienced and efficient food services team. As a Coffee Shop Manager you will be required to deliver the companys strategy by leading the team to deliver excellence in order to delight customers with great hospitality, achieve sales and cash profit targets and effective cost controls whatever the brand and size of operation. As a Coffee Shop Manager you will be accountable for the following aspects of the business: Driving sales. Creating a culture where customer satisfaction and operational excellence is vital. Leading by example to motivate the team. Ensure you comply with food, health and safety business policies. Maintain and develop strong working relationships and communicate business goals and targets. Developing and then maintaining a fantastic experience for your customers. Customer service will be at the centre of everything you do. You will be a highly proactive Coffee Shop Manager who has the ability to solve problems and be innovative, have a profit mentality and make effective decisions. As a Coffee Shop Manager you will be able to coach a team to succeed and with your open mind will act as a positive change advocate for the business. We want to recruit a manager who will have energy, pace and be highly motivated to inspire a team to deliver results, show excellent communication skills and have the ability influence at all levels up and down the chain of command. As a well rounded Coffee Shop Manager you will have a strong understanding of budget management, able to analyse your P&L, be able to manage costs/wastage and be able to manage all health and safety requirements.
