Operations Coordinator Permanent Salary Range: circa £30,300 Location: Cambridge What it’s about The Test Production team is responsible for managing the production of all the question papers and other confidential assessment material needed for Cambridge International Examinations’ exams, taken by hundreds of thousands of learners in 160 countries. We have approximately 3500 items in production at any one time, which have to be delivered on time, in full and to high degrees of accuracy. What you’ll be doing The coordinator will be managing teams responsible for the production of assessment materials. You will use your insight and drive to develop your team members’ professional capabilities and contribute to the collaborative and progressive team culture. You will manage your time and that of your teams to ensure operational schedules and quality standards are met or improved. As a coordinator you will review and create key performance indicators and use these to promote continuous improvement in both procedural and performance levels. You will use your initiative where no policy exists and escalate issues accordingly.
