- Proven experience of business analysis and business process re-engineering within a Media or equivalent Big Data environment.
- Experience of working within an 'Agile' development environment - comfortable with use cases, epics, user stories etc.
- Excellent, client-facing communication skills
- Very data-savvy, Experience of or exposure to big data, visualisation and media platforms and technologies such as Hadoop, Tableau, IaaS/SaaS models.
- Good project management experience to drive virtual teams to deliver multiple initiatives. Enterprise change management experience would be an advantage.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally across complex, matrix organisations to keep complex projects on track in a fast-moving environment, including working with development teams.
- Commercially aware - understand the revenue opportunity and cost implications.

Highly desirable

- Knowledge of media data sources and feeds, and ability to communicate how these deliver value to the group and to clients.
- Media industry experience including programmatic, data management platforms (DMPs) and 1 st /2 nd /3 rd party media performance and consumer behaviour data feeds.
- Understanding of big data and analytics systems, tools and techniques, and ability to communicate clearly to non-experts what these capabilities can offer clients.
- Experience delivering SQL and cloud-based solutions.
- An appreciation of the cultural challenges in managing a large change programmes.
- Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment surrounding personal data and its use across marketing functions.

Key/Critical priorities

- Understanding the business and documenting problem statements and user stories.
- Analysing complex information and produce clear business requirements.
- Articulating the requirements to the technology team to build technical requirements.
- Prioritising delivery as part of our Global Data Platforms Product Roadmap - encouraging reuse of common components and ensuring ment with our data strategy.
- Assist with the testing and delivery of features into production.
- Working closely with project managers to set scope and timescale of projects.
- Facilitate adoption by writing user manuals and documentation and participating in developing and delivering training.
- Enforcing common standards for regions and markets as they gather client requirements, translate these into specifications and create data visualisations.
- Providing expertise, sharing knowledge and a point of escalation to support client service teams within brands at a market and regional level in their day-to-day interaction with clients, for instance: - Translating client needs into data solutions.
- Providing subject matter expertise on creating visualisations, dashboards and reports from the data available.
- Working with the Data Quality Manager to ensure the right data is collected.
- Supporting the onboarding and training of clients.

- Supporting the client development lifecycle: - pitch support and prototyping -> requirements gathering -> creating business and technical specifications -> creating visualisations interactively with clients -> in-life management

- Championing the benefits of data platforms, products and services across the organisation, to increase the organisation's data-savviness and build a data-driven culture.
- Contributing to competitive positioning and competitor analysis.
