  • Our client, a highly successful, well established and friendly Wealth Management practice is looking for an outgoing, motivated and organised Administrator to join their team, supporting the Mortgage Consultant. Full training will be given to a good administrator and confident communicator who is keen to learn and develop and have a rewarding career within financial Services.

Duties include:-

  • Progressing client cases for mortgages and general insurance
  • Maintaining compliance process
  • Ad-hoc/General Office Administration duties
  • Maintaining client relationships - updates in current cases and previous clients on behalf of advisers
  • Researching for mortgages and insurance cases
  • Using Trigold
  • Maintaining records
  • Maintaining agency details with lenders and insurers; understanding different criteria
  • Liaising with clients
  • Processing Life Assurance cases

This is a busy, responsible and varied role, working as part of a wonderful team.
