The Company
Curtis & Mayfair have been appointed by our highly reputable client to search for an Office Manager/Receptionist to join one of the best Estate Agencies in Canary Wharf. Our client is a full service agency with an established team of property professionals with great experience in the industry.

The Role
Reporting to the Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for all office/administrative duties in the office.


  • answering the phone (including taking down all messages and emailing to the relevant person)
  • general office administration
  • meeting and greeting
  • making teas and coffees (for clients)
  • checking that the office is looking immaculate


  • ensure the efficient running of the office; use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
  • manage online and paper filing systems
  • record office expenditure
  • deal with daily correspondence
  • organise and maintain supplies of stationery
  • prepare letters and print reports
  • record staff absence
  • maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
  • assist Lettings Manager with admin work
  • train new staff
  • ensure adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peak times
  • arrange regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices

Essential Criteria

  • experience in an administrative role
  • excellent command of English language both verbal and written
