An incredible opportunity has arisen for a talented Production Costing Coordinator to join an award winning Global Luxury RTW Womenswear Brand based in the heart of London.

Our client is based in the city of London located in their modern, sleek and friendly offices. This Fashion has grown from strength to strength each year offering luxury ready to wear Women's collections as well as luxury accessories.

About the Production Costing Coordinator.......

Working within the Production department you will be responsible for development product costings: inputting and updating the system with all the technical information of the garments.

  • All product costings data entry until the collection is finalised, post sales handover and
  • until handed over to production
  • Update the system daily, on all amendments and recostings
  • Liaise with the Design team to acquire all CADs and enter them into system
  • Liaise with Costing Coordinator regarding any technical considerations
  • Update textile content, keeping them up to date with changes
  • During updating and re-costing, keep merchandising, development and production
  • up to date
  • Responsible for cancellations and assist with spotting discrepancies
  • Check all threads within costings for quality, colour and utility; liaising closely with
  • Quality Coordinator for feasibility
  • Present seasonal collection handover to the technical team, cross checking costings
  • to garments, and analysing collection across categories and fabrics
  • Attend finishing meetings, costing meetings and pre production fittings to obtain all
  • information and making sure the system is properly updated
  • Raise any design, make or trim attribution queries and anticipate any production issues
  • During final costing amendments, notify production and technical team on any
  • changes
About you.....

The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role from a luxury or premium womenswear background with a basic technical knowledge of patterns, fit, garment construction and manufacturing techniques. You will also have;

  • Degree qualification in Fashion or equivalent
  • Experience of Zedonk desirable
  • Good attention to detail and meticulous in their work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible and accustomed to working with tight deadlines
  • Time management skills and able to prioritise
    • Experience in Microsoft Excel useful
