We are looking for a Reservations Administrator for a portfolio of 60 serviced apartments spread over 5 buildings in central London. Concept Studio Apartments have been developing and managing properties in London for over 20 years. You will be joining a small and friendly team of 6 people, in a relaxed environment. We are based in and around Notting Hill.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls
  • Processing payments, refunds and invoices
  • Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
  • Liaising with booking agents
  • Providing the rest of the team with assistance to administrative tasks


  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English necessary
  • Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
  • Ability in multitasking and time-management
  • Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
  • Hospitality or Service experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and be computer literate

Work hours

  • 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday
  • Occasional overtime maybe required
  • All work is based in a centralised office in Notting Hill. No travelling during office hours will be required.
