We work closely with Secondary Schools across inner and outer London who are looking for talented graduates who wish to pursue a career in education, to support teachers in the classroom whilst gaining invaluable experience and support.

Our aim is to place you at a school that would benefit your future career plans which would include arranging and coordinating your trial day.

These secondary school are looking to interview right away for Science graduate to work as a teaching assistant within the school's department. In this role you will mainly be supporting a pupils as part of a teaching team in who are currently at C/D grade borderline, who need a little more attention to get them to where they need to be.

The schools have a proven track record of working with graduates, giving them the required skills and experience to become future 'Outstanding' teachers! Most have teacher training programmes and use this as a 'foundation year' to progress onto teacher training the following year.

The experience you gain from this role should be an incredibly valuable experience and support any applications any PGCE, School Direct or Teach First applications in the future.
